Yes, I will usually visit the job site daily, depending on the stage of
construction.

How do I get started?
|
|
There are a few things you can do that will help get the process started. For example if you are planning an addition, finding out your setbacks is an important first step. You would also want to determine if you are in a flood zone. If you will need financing for your project, you may want to determine what loan amount you are pre-qualified for.

How can I get something on paper to see how or what it will look like
to build?

Robinson Contracting, Inc. works with several drafting and architectural firms
that can help create some preliminary drawings of your proposed job. When you
are completely satisfied with the drafts a complete set of engineered plans
will be created and submitted for permitting.

How long will the construction take?
|
|
Construction time depends on the type and size of the project. We have had 1000
sq. ft. additions take as little as 3 months to complete or custom homes that
took 9 months to complete. Robinson Contracting, Inc. will have an estimated
time of completion for every job.

Can I visit projects currently under construction?
|
|
Yes, just let us know what time is best for you and we will schedule a visit at
a specific job site.

What areas does your company work in?
|

Robinson Contracting Inc. works primarily in Pasco, Hillsborough, and Pinellas
